Where does my order ship from?

All orders ship from our stockroom in Zoetermeer, Netherlands. Occasionally we may ship from our U.K. stockroom depending on inventory.

Once I place my order when will it be dispatched?

All orders are dispatched within 1-2 days of payment when all items are in stock. If we are missing an item or an item is backordered you will be notified by email. We reserve the right to split-ship orders at our discretion.

How does my order ship when I select Regular shipping? 

We use the most reliable shipping method to your country, with tracking included.

Do you offer Express shipping?

Yes, we offer Express shipping to all countries. For Express shipping costs Contact Us with your Order# , Country & Postal Code and we’ll provide you with a quote.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Regular shipping varies depending on your country (usually up to 7 business days).

We are not responsible for any courier-related delays beyond our control.

How are probiotics shipped? 

All refrigerated items are shipped with an ice-pack inside an aluminum shield bag. We recommend Express shipping for refrigerated products. Contact Us for a quote to your country. The ice-pack will arrive melted in most cases so be sure to refrigerate the product upon receipt. Please refer to our Shipping Policy.

Are there any additional import fees I need to pay at delivery?

All EU countries are exempt from any import fees. Countries outside the EU may incur import charges which are the responsibility of the customer.
