Suggested Dosage: For adult dose, mix 2 scoops (51.8 grams) of Inflamma-Mate with 8-10 ounces of water or beverage of your choice to the desired thickness, once daily or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.
Children can begin with ½ scoop and increase dose as needed or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.
